Our services encompass facilitating contractual negotiations between labels and artists. We diligently assess every aspect of your career and, if necessary, assist in formulating a strategic plan to ensure your potential is fully realised.
Moreover, we provide a comprehensive label management service, assuming the role of administrative managers for your label. Acting as the primary point of contact, we handle the signing of new tracks and artists, coordinate with aggregators, and contribute to the growth and advancement of your labels.
The contractual side of every booking — from signed contracts to international itineraries.
Our company provides a contractual service to promoters who are interested in booking you for a performance. We take care of the legal aspects by ensuring that all necessary contracts are signed and all event details are thoroughly reviewed before we agree to your performance.
In the case of international events, we handle the confirmation of flights, accommodation, levies, and other travel expenses, and present them to you in the form of an itinerary. It is important to note that for international performances, full payment is required in advance of the event.
Regardless of the booking, we always provide itineraries that outline specific requirements and safety measures, including deposit policies, cancellation policies, insurance, and technical specifications.
Exclusive to select WCM roster artists: your entire schedule, taken off your hands.
Our service is exclusively designed for select artists on the WCM roster. We offer a customised and tailored experience, taking complete responsibility for managing your schedule. We ensure that all your events and commitments are carefully coordinated and handled.
Our comprehensive service includes detailed event itineraries, accurate invoicing, and efficient accountancy procedures. In addition, we also extend our support to labels or producers, functioning as your primary administrative office.

WCM Friends offers a variety of acts that can be booked for events through WCM. It is important to mention that although these acts are not managed directly by WCM, we have been given full authorisation to handle performance events on behalf of the acts.

We provide assistance with the collection and registration of royalties from various collection societies throughout Europe, including PRS, MCPS, PPL, and others.
Please note that we do not operate as a publishing company or offer publishing deals. Instead, we offer an administration service specifically aimed at helping you register and collect your royalty payments.
